Project Description
Another recent project also located in Acheson, Alberta we successfully completed for Panattoni Developments was a 40 acre yard site development for PTI’s Acheson Storage Yard. Working closely with the Developer, we successfully completed this project under very tight timelines. The project consisted of topsoil stripping, excavation & engineered fill placement & compaction, subgrade preparation, geogrid placement & gravel base course placement & compaction.
40 Acre Yard site development for PTI’s Acheson storage yard – Acheson, Alberta
- 20,000 cubic meters of top soil stripping
- 105,000 cubic meters of common excavation & engineered fill placement & compaction
- 140,000 square meters of subgrade preparation including compaction to 98% & fine grading
- 140,000 square meters of geo-grid placement
- 100,000 tons of gravel base course placement & compaction
